Sales Representative
Sales representatives are the “First Impression” and initial point of contact between our company and our prospective customers. CertSimple is all about Customer Service and specializes in certifying property tax information for title companies. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Representative to be based out of our Dallas office. CertSimple is located in a state-of-the-art building on the Dallas North Tollway.
General Job Duties:
- Serve customer by selling products that meet ours customers needs
- Recommend changes in or addition to products currently ordered by our customers that may better serve them
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educations workshops, reviewing industry related publications building personal networks and participating in industry specific conferences/events
- Keep Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly/annual territory analyses
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Pay: Salary plus Commission commensurate with experience and qualifications
